Please Read: I grant permission to our store to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release our store from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. our store is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. our store can not provide any refunds to any products we can however apply store credit or exchange on certain product(s). our store can not provide a refund, store credit, or exchange for any carrier(s) activation, bill payments, device protection / insurance, and/or fees. Any products or services that are purchased or fulfilled are non-refundable and can only be warranted or exchanged. I consent to servicing/repairing my device and understand: (1) the actual cost of doing so may be higher than the estimates provided and the technician will contact me if this is the case; (2) certain data and applications previously downloaded to my device may be lost or deleted during the servicing/repair process; (3) The store may have the capability to transfer the phonebook in the original handset to a replacement handset. If you request or authorize this service, you understand that the store makes no warranty regarding the integrity of the information on your handset and makes no guarantee that any or all information will be transferred to the replacement handset. You also understand and agree that the store is in no way responsible for any lost information. We'll try our best to transfer all the information, but we can not guarantee that the information transfer will be completed; (4) used, rebuilt or reconditioned parts may be utilized to repair my device and all such parts and equipment will have a 14-day limited warranty; (5) this work is NOT being completed under or as part of the original manufacturer's warranty; (6) The store may sell or discard the device if I fail to pick it up or provide full payment within 2 weeks; (7) devices that are water resistant/proof are not considered water resistant/proof after repair and (8) Terms & Conditions of service apply to this transaction including, but not limited to, the DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION SECTIONS.
